The Four Pillars Initiative
In 2023, the Band Reparations Class Action lawsuit was settled against Canada for the collective harm suffered by Indigenous communities by Indian Residential Schools. As a result, Canada created a $2.8 billion dollar fund to support Four Pillars principles within each of the 325 opt-in communities.
Our team helps communities access their portion of the fund to support their Four Pillars initiatives. All elements of the project are fully owned and operated by the community. There is no direct charge to the community for this service, all costs are covered within the funding program.
Emergency Preparedness, Logistics, and Risk Management
Sparrowset is committed to working with Indigenous communities on disaster readiness, emergency preparedness planning, logistics, and general risk management. With over 20 years experience, our team works with communities, members, and organizations to create a living document and proactive plan that will help prepare them for emergencies, natural disasters like floods or wildfires, and other unforeseen events. Our goal is to help ensure everyone's safety and minimize the impact to the community and members before, during, and after an emergency.

Foster First Solutions
As a member of the FNHPA, Foster First Solutions works with First Nation communities and housing managers to supply decontamination, sanitizing, and disinfecting products and equipment, as well as training and certification programs, and free quote reviews to ensure that the quote received by the community for remediation work comes from a reputable and dependable company or supplier. Foster First Solutions also offers products to clean fentanyl and opioids from buildings, vehicles, and other surfaces, including cleaning and disinfecting products for police, fire, ambulance, and other emergency response services.
